What a full home renovation includes

We itemise everything the renovation covers, line by line. If something is not listed, we tell you before you sign, not halfway through the works.

  • Demolition and waste disposal

    Removal of flooring, partitions and sanitaryware, with a skip and a certificate from a licensed waste site.

  • New services

    Multilayer-pipe plumbing, rewiring with a new consumer unit and installation certificate, drainage, air conditioning and pre-wiring for home automation if you want it.

  • Layout and building work

    Partition walls, new openings with structural support, dry-lining and acoustic insulation between rooms.

  • Flooring and wall finishes

    Large-format porcelain, microcement, solid timber or reclaimed encaustic tiles, with skirting and trims.

  • Joinery and wardrobes

    Doors, thermally broken aluminium or timber windows, and fitted wardrobes made to measure.

  • Permits, insurance and final clean

    Minor-works notification or full building permit from the town hall, public liability insurance, and handover with the home cleaned and ready to furnish.
